Note: Seems to want to be done in panniers with footwork.  Simple dance, but
because of the timing it may be challenging.  Could be a workshop dance.

A1: first corners arm right (matching forearms recommended)
A2: second corners the same

B1: 1s cross, go below 2s, half-figure 8 up.
    In 2nd place, take two hands and chassee (slooowly) down for two, 
    up for two.  (Orig says "fwd and back", but I can't make this make sense.)
    lead up through 2s and cast to progressed place.

B2: 2s do what the ones did, except after leading up they just ease out to
    progressed place.
