4 couple longways set, men facing women

1) W1 turns 180 and leads men around women, return to place.

2)  M1 turns 180 and leads women around men, return to place.

3) W1 & M1 face down, all others face up. W1 & M1 start a grand chain to place.
	
4) W1 & M1 cast to bottom, while other couples dosi doh.

5) repeat (with the music used, no time to spin).
