B1: 1s lead down the middle, turn, lead back, and cast to 2nd place, 
    2s moving up.

B2: 1s turn Rh once round, then LH 3/4 to finish facing up and down, man
    above (between 2s), woman below (between 3s)

C1: Take hands in lines of three, step r and honour, step l and honour,
    all turn partner two hands; 1s go only 3/4, to finish in side lines
    proper and progressed.

C2: In lines of three on the side, same as above; all turn all the way.

D1: Sides lines fall back, come forwards, circle 6 halfway
D2: Repeat
