Scottische step diag to R  (m&l both start right foot, close left,
step right diag, hop on r) & then mirror all to Left: repeat all once
more, then
Step hop fwd x4,
Man turns Lady clockwise under arm x4: (lady can, at the discretion of
the caller, progress forward to next man at this point)
