This is Carl Wittman's version of Easter Thursday from the draft, never
published book he was working on when he died. 
A Neighbors back to back, then partners back to back
A Neighbors turn, then partners turn
B All four meet, setting, turn single to right with a clap directly into four
hands round
B 1s cross down for a half figure-of-eight, cross over at top though own place,
cast down the outside and turn once round to new places (2s moving up)

The only other difference in the way we do it is the turns are with right and
then left hands rather than two hands. In his draft Carl says "Two hand turns
work well; but a complete right hand turn to place followed by a left hand turn
is particularly satisfactory."

The circle is the heart of the dance and easily done if the turn single impels
you into it. Again quoting Carl: "The phrasing of the first B phrase: set,2,3,
set,2,3, turn,2,3,clap,5,6, circle,2,3,4,5,6, the clapping being gentle and the
turn single moving directly into the circle."

Colin quotes the original for the B part and says he doesn't have the A part to
hand. From Carl's documentation the A part is basically the same as for
Katherine Street.

      3-4     All turn single over R-shoulder and clap* into

B2 1-2     1s cross down between 2s & cast up

      3-4    1s cross over passing R-shoulder & cast down while 2s lead up

      5-6     Partners 2-hand turn once round

* clap comes at beginning of bar 4; it is a gentle punctuation clap as you are
moving into the circle
