Longways for four or five couples.  Whole set dnce.

Single reel Figure: (single strip): 1s arm right 1 1/2, woman arms left
with each man in the line, right with her partner, left with the next man,
etc, as the partner goes down the middle.  At the bottom they change roles,
he swinging each woman with the left, partner with the right, back upt to the 
the top.

Double Strip: Both actives swing down the lines simultaneously to the bottom.
While doing this, the next couple begins.  (sort of ad-lib).
