A1:  1s cast to middle place, then circle four with couple 3.
A2:  1s cast to top, then circle four with 2s.
B1:  1s cross down between 2s and 3s to start crossover mirror hey
B2:  1s cross to own side, do normal mirror hey
C1:  1s lead down to middle place (2s moving up), set to each other;
     cast to bottom place (3s leading up); set to each other again.
C2:  Starting with partner, four changes of R&L for 1s and 3s (above them).
