B1: 1-4: 2s take two hands and slip four slips up, 
         keep hands and set DOWN and UP
    5-8: 2s slip down and set UP and DOWN.

B2: 1-4: 1s slip down, set UP and DOWN
    5-8: 1s slip up, cast into 2nd place 
         (2s move up w/o taking hands because of the inconvenience of dropping
         left hand to transition into the next).
