A1: 1-8: M1 set twice to W2 and two-hand turn W3
A2: 1-8: W1 does the same with M2 and M3
B1: 1-8: 1s lead down the middle and back and cast off,
         to second place, 2s moving up.
B2: 1-8: 1s and 2s (above them) four changes of rights and lefts.
