A1: ROUND THE OUTSIDE: W1 casts over right shoulder and dances around 
    W2 and M2 to M1's place, while M1 follows her around W2 but goes 
    up the middle to her place.  (Like "Flowers of Edinburgh.")

A2: Same again, M1 casting and W1 following, ending in home places.

B1: 1s WALK down the center with 2s following, 2s arch, 1s under; everybody
    RANTS all the way back home.

B2: DANCE ROUND: Ballroom position: rant or polka 1.5 time round to 
    progressed place.
