The A2 figure may be easier to teach with an allemande instead of the gypsy. It ends when gents are where they
started the hey and ladies have changed places, or equivalently when the middle of the set is to the gent's left
and the lady's right.

NOTES:

- hard figure starts with partner so you don't learnfrom neighbors, making it a harder dance
- gypsy->pull-by (A2-B1 transition)  means you have to end the gypsy well back from partner to have room for
  a good pull by.
