Hi Ricky,

I think you got it nearly correct. Here's what I remember for that 
dance, but I might be confusing it with another dance. I do that 
sometimes...

(duple improper)

A1: Star L below 1X (8)
      Star R  above 1X (8)

A2: Do-si-do below (with person from first star)  1X (8)
       to an ocean wave, with ladies in the middle (or as Steve Z-A 
calls it the dreaded wave of 4)
       Balance the wave (4)
       Turn 1/2 by R; then men turn 1/2 by L to their partner.(4)

B1:  Bal & Swing Partner (16)

B2: Ladies' Chain over (8)
      1/2 Hey for 4 to move on to the next couple for a star in the next 
A1. (8)

I don't know the title or the author, though...
