A1: Neighbors balance and swing

A2: Men allemande left once and a half; 
    partners swing, end facing down 

B1: Lead down in a line of four
     o without letting go turn round, 
       those in the middle turning out and backing under their joined hands 
       to form a cozy line 


    Ends joining hands behind the line and all lead back; 
    Ends (outsides) arch while middles back out under to form a cloverleaf

B2: In the cloverleaf circle left once and a quarter
    (puts you in your original places, but on the other side of the set)
    let go of your neighbour, hold on to your partner and star through with
    your partner, 
    pass through up and down to progress 

NOTE

This was first danced on Friday, January 13, 1984 -- the title means fear of
the number thirteen
