When calling square dances, I often start with the Tennessee Victor, which I
learned from Portland caller Caroline Oakley:

Big circle
Promenade CCW
Promedade CW
right elbow swing partner
left elbow swing partner
swing (two-hand/ballroom) partner
do-si-do partner
see-saw corner (a do-si-do by the left shoulder)
Continue the see-saw on more half time (pass left shoulders with your corner)
to progress to the next, and promenade CCW...
