It was written when I went on my first trip out to the
Northwest (and my first flight on an airliner), for 2
days of the NW Folklife Festival, at the diner after
the festival on Sunday night.  With the help of some
friends (most notably Karen and Charlie, from
California), we studied and polished the dance that
night.  Swing the neighbor once around in the A1,
maybe twice if done quickly, for a smooth transition
to the balance in the A2.  Debuted it in Baltimore
6/7/06.  A great success.  Recommended for dancing in
the middle of the winter at Glen Echo in the Bumper
Car Pavilion, this dance will keep you moving and
warm.
