I don't have the magazine, but I have the dance, which I probably learnt 
from Cyril Jones himself (and I also know the Robert for whom it was 
written).  But it isn't a triple minor; it's a three-couple dance (which 
contra dancers in the States would probably call a triplet) and there's 
a simple version and a change-partner version.

3 Couples longways   Twos improper 		3 x 32 bar reels

A1:	Circle left (slip).  Circle right.

A2:	At the top, right-hand star.  At the bottom, left-hand star.

B1:	Top man cross with middle man; then with bottom man.  Top lady cross 
with middle lady; then with bottom lady.

B2:	All balance and swing partner (new twos must end improper).

Change-partner version: bottom lady zig-zag rather than top.
