Fun dance, easy.  Don't let it go too long.

Dear All,

I value dances that are easy enough for groups with lots of newcomers, yet 
which will hold the interest of experienced dancers.  I've made up a few 
over time.  This is one such concoction that's been dance tested at several 
very varied venues (say that three times quickly) recently and seems to work 
pretty well.  The "peeking" figure is much easier to demonstrate than to 
explain verbally.  Its another case of placing a square figure (well, a 
cousin of a square figure) in a contra setting. Anyway, it lends itself to a 
certain degree of people having some fun with it, and overall, people seem 
to enjoy. R.
