Start: couples facing in, women to men's right
Consider having them go back 1 place so that they get to swing the one they 
asked to dance.

A1: Women walk forward [into the set] (4) 
    Men walk forward while women return (4) 
    Men loop right to come back to partner and allemand R 3/4 with partner, 
    L/H to neighbor in circular wave (men facing in) (8)

A2: Balance the wave (4) 
    Neighbors Allemande L 1/2 to new wave (women facing in) (4) 
    balance (4) 
    Allem R x1 (4)

B1: Neighbor Balance and Swing (16)

B2: with this one,  Promenade (ccw) face in (8) 
    all join hands and go forward and back (8)

In A1, after the men go forward it is helpful if they loop around to the
right before returning. Otherwise they will be early for the balance in A2. The
reason for this dance was to have a circle mixer with the Balance and Swing in
B1 to fit some of the old time tunes we like to do for circle mixers. I'm sure
there are many - I just didn't have one at the time. The latest favorite tune
medley for this dance is: Durang's Hornpipe (D), Leather Britches (G), and
Forked Deer (D). That being said, it turns out the dance fits the tune Opera
Reel nicely..hence the name. A Night at the Opera was composed in Dec. 1995
