Telling folks to *gently* keep hold of hands is important. They will
tend to let go

As Colin said, telling the center couple to turn "back to back" is
important to get them oriented. I usually say "turn away from each
other" but emphasize keeping hands joined.

And per Jonathan's note -- calling it a "cozy" line is helpful --
there will be a tendency for the ones on the end to start trailing
behind the center couple and it is a very good reminder word.
