I can't be completely certain, but I believe the first of these to be
presented was "More For Your Neighbor."  Knowing Al, and his penchant for
trying every angle on an idea, I'd guess that "More For Your Neighbor" and
"More For All" were probably composed within an hour of each other.  

There's an updated version of "More For Your Neighbor" that deals with the
problem of the swing in the middle of the phrase:  

More For Your Neighbor
Contra, Beckett formation

A1: Slide L one place in the set to new N, Circle L 3/4 (8); 
    Allemande R N 1-1/2 to long waves, M facing in (8)
A2: As in Rory O'More -  
    Balance and slide right to a new wave (8);
    Balance and slide left, give R to N (8)
B1: Allemande R N once around (4), 
    M start 3/4 hey for 4, passing L in the center (12) 
B2: Swing Partner, carrying the CW momentum into A1 (16)
