Dudley, I thought you ( and maybe others) would like the figure for " Atlantic Polka", so I'm including it here.
    I found this dance while recruiting for a weekly dance that I hope to start in Sussex here in S.E. New Brunswick after the new year. This dance will be Social dancing and MWSD with Contras if possible:
    This Trad Dance runs all summer once a month and is shut down during the cold months,( Nov. till June.) as the hall is impractical to heat. Until recently there was another one at Smith's Creek, near Sussex but their fiddle player ( Elmer Shay), died and that ended that dance!

   The Atlantic Polka goes as follows but please make allowances for my interpretation of what happened.

         Fig 1         Cpls 1 &3  star prom inside bk to home
                            cpls  1 &3 heel toe facing each other
                            cpls 1 &3 sw. ptnrs across inside and bk
                             cpls heel toe corners

                              repeat for cpls 2 &4

           Fig. 2        #1 man sws ptnr dropping her to #2man &picking up ldy 2
                              etc. ending at home with #4 ldy
                              All join hnds & heel toe to ctr &bk  twice
                               all 4 ldys chn 1/2
                              #2 man sws this ptnr dropping her at #3  etc    
                               then to ctr & bk again
                                repeat till all men have done the same

            Fig 3       ( Called " Half Moon)
                                
                               Cpls 1&2 and cpls 3&4 fc each other & heel&toe fwd & bk twice
                                all sw ptnr moving ccw to repeat w/opp.
                                do the whole thing twice

                                  All up to mid. & bk. twice
                                   cpls 1 &3 star prom. inside pick up ldys 2 &4 and drop them w/ their opp.
                                     cpls 1 & 3 pass thru & ptnr tr., 2 & 4 same
                                    cpls 1 & 3 pass thru & ptr tr., 2 & 4 same
                                    cpls 1 & 3 tk. ldys 2 & 4 home
                                     cpls 1 &3 then 2 & 4 pass thru & ptnr tr.,  and Bk.
                                      cpls 2 & 4 do the same thing.

                  Fig. 5         all to ctr & bk, twice
                                       all fc ptnr join rt hnds R & L Gr. 1/2 way trn ptr R wr. way. Gr. to home
                                       cpl #1 dwn ctr split ring all foll.sep  bk to lines find ptnr & sw.
                                       all to mid. & bk. twice
                                      repeat for #2 leading the lines, repeat as above for 3 & 4
                                        finish bydoing R & L Grand all the way round and sw.
