I recently wrote a dance called "All Hands on Deck" that borrows the allemande
hey (I teach it as a pull-by hey) from "Fast Hands" by Dianne Silver as well as
a variation of the progression from "A Pirate's Life for Me" by Nathaniel Jack. 
It goes like this:
