DIXIE TWIRL:  In a line of four, facing down, Middles make an arch.
Keeping hands joined, right hand dancer leads through the arch while the left
hand person leads across the set to face up. In effect, the line wheels 
round from facing down to facing up, with the right hand person still on the 
right of the line
