A1: First corners set forward, fall back to place (4 steps),
    come forward and turn two hands all the way around.
A2: Second corners the same.

B1: 1s lead down the middle and turn to face up, come back up skipping and
    cast off (2s leading up), all clap four times approaching partner, and
    turn (briskly) single to progressed place.  [NOTE: Apted has 
    1/2 r-hand turn here, but Thompson specifies turn single.]

B2: (Slipping) circle to the left and back to the right (8 slips each way),
     clap four times again while approaching partner & brisk two-hand turn
     2 hand turn your Partner with just 4 steps to place. [Apted again has
     1/2 r-hand turn here]
