A1: 1-4: M1 sets forward to W2 (who does not set), turn single back to place.
    5-8: M1 and W2 turn two hands

A2: 1-8: W1 does the same with M2

B1: 1-4: 1st corners cross, 2nd corners cross
    5-8: In a file (goose march) circle, clapping as you go
B2: 1-8: As above; 2nd corners cross first.

C1: 1-4: Partners slow set to right and honor clapping on thid beat), then
         turn single.
    5-8: Two changes of rights and left, starting with partner.

C2: 1-4: Neighbors, as above
    5-8: Starting with neighbor, three changes of R&L.
