3-couple longways
16-bar hornpipes (Twice through the tune is once through the dance)

(Middle couple are active)

A1: M1 and W2 step-hop right-arm turn
A2: W2 and M3 step-hop left-arm turn
B1: M2 and W1 step-hop right-arm turn
B2: M2 and W3 step-hop left-arm turn

A1: Lines of three, reels of three (first half)
A2: Second half
B1: 1s swing to the bottom of the set
B2: All Swing


In answer to Steve and Alan,

The dance was written by Dave Hunt and, according to my notes, Dave's 
original form (which is the same as per Brian Scowcroft's web-site) 
is a 32 bar dance (not 64 bars!!), done to jigs or reels, as follows:

A1: (4) M2 and W3 right-arm turn
       (4) M2 and W1 left-arm turn
A2: (4) W2 and M3 left-arm turn
       (4) W2 and W1 right-arm turn
B1:      1's face down and others face up, and ...
       (8) Reel of 3 on each side
B2: (4) 1's swing or lead down the centre,
            whilst the others balance to partners twice (4 steps)
       (4) All swing partners

Note that, although this is a 32 bar jig/reel, it is more often 
danced to 32 bar hornpipes (but without the balances in B2).

Sheila Mainwaring's version, done to 32 bar reels, has:

A1: same as above
A2: same as above
B1: same as above
B2: (4) Fwd & back
       (4) 1's swing down the centre
