This appears to be a variant of Sheffield Roundabout by John Ledbury.  I
have it notated as:

Circle left [4]
meet & back [4]
Dosido corner [4]
dosido partner [4]
Five ladies chain (pass one get one, pass one, get  one (the corner) [8]
Swing (new partner) [8]
