Here's one for seven people I made up:

Arrange seven people in a longways set, with three on each side and the seventh at the top of the set, like so

1 7 6
2    5
3    4

7, 1, 2  Right hand star
7, 6, 5  Left hand star
7, 2, 3  Right hand star
7, 5, 4  Left hand star
7, 3, 4  Right hand star
7, 2, 5  Left hand star
7, 1, 6  Right hand star
(7 step thru to the top & face in, all join hands)
Balance the ring & everyone petronella turn one place to the right

I call it The Moon & Seven Stars.
