Starting formation -- scattered

A1:  March (like penguins) to the sea (big circle ccw)
A2:  March back to your penguin roost (cw for a while and then into
     the middle of the circle)

B1: Find and impress a penguin mate (partner of the moment) with a
    creative penguin courtship dance which is followed by an enthusiastic 
    penguin swing) [ie, take to wings (flippers?) and turn while hopping up 
    and down sort of doubletime to the music) (or something else)

B2: Survive the winter (all huddle in the middle, outsides move into the
    middle to stay worm, insides move to the outside to make room for the
    new insiders (or not, per Mr. Green's notes))

Repeat -- three or four more times.
