A1: 1st couple right hand turn twice round, cast out behind 2nd couple, in
    between them into line of 4.

A2: Lines of 4 lead up for 4 steps, fall back, and repeat!

B1: Join up ends of line and circle left and right.

B2: Right and left hand stars.
