         end ladies (1 & 3) cross through
         arch, around left hand (downward) person, and back
         to own line WHILE middle lady (#2) 
         just moves up to top place (2-1-3)

A2: 1-4: Gents set and turn single
    5-8: Ladies make arches in place
         end gents (1&3) cross through arch,
         around right hand (downward) person, and back
         to own line WHILE middle gent (#2) 
         just moves up to top place (2-13)

B1&2:    Old middles (#2) strip the willow 
         (partner, neighbor, partner, neighbor ...)
         Old number 1s, once they reach the top (after first turn)
         cast out to bottom and 2s turn them AGAIN
         when they reach them
