A1 - Tops gallop to bottom, cast behind own line back to place.
A2 - RHS, LHS
B1 - Weaving: Tops face down, rest face up - tops pass left with C2 and
continue weaving to bottom. Everyone else starts weaving once tops pass them.
Tops arch at bottom
B2 - All weave to bottom and cast round under arch and back to top.
