Double step used throughout - jigs or polkas.

A:  Whole set circles left for 16 beats, then right for 16.

B:  Top man and woman cast off, leading their lines down the outside 
    of the set, and up the center.  Repeat.

A:  Double cast ("coach and horses"); couples join crossed hands behind 
    backs, cast left and up the middle to place.  Repeat.

B: "Thread the Needle"; all join hands in a ring with a gap between the
    1st couple.  1st and 2nd woman make an arch; 1st man leads the whole
    line through the arch and back to place.  1st and 2nd man make an
    arch and 1st woman leads the line through the arch and back to place.

A:  Circle again.
