Devil's Hornpipe

(Adapted from "old European Folkdance" called the devil's dance
Formation: lines of three facing the music/caller
32-bar jigs, reel, polka, etc; 16-bar hornpipe.


A1: Middle dancer face right hand dancer, give two hands and chassé 
    down the hall and back (16)

A2: Middle dancer face left hand dancer, give two hands and chassé up 
    the hall and back (16)

B1:  Middle dancer and right hand dancer do-si-do (8) and allemande 
     right  (or right elbow swing) once and a half (8)

B2:  New middle dancer and left hand dancer see-saw (8) and allemande 
     left (or left elbow swing) once and a half 

(All dancers are now in new places and sequence begins again. 
 Continue until all are back home the second or third time -6x or 9x)
