The Crondall Hundred
NOT SUITABLE FOR CEILIDH! NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED!

Four trios in a square, one man & two women in head positions, one woman and
two men in side positions; the odd person standing in the middle of the square
facing out.

A1  Trios circle left & right

A2  Women dance reels of three up & down set
    WHILE the men do si do right shoulder then left shoulder.

B1  Middle four dancers star right and then left WHILE 
    the outside dancers lead their corners out, face, set right & left, 
    two hand turn halfway and lead back (into new same sex trios).

B2  Middle dancers change places in their own trio with the dancer on their
    right diagonal, new middles move one place anticlockwise to the next trio 
    and all set right and left.

REPEAT, but Men will now dance the reels and the women the do si dos in A2
Third repet gets everyone in original trios but one place round
Six times thru gets everyone halfway round (if the dance hasn't collapsed by
then!)
