1-4:   W1 RH turn M2
5-8:   W1 LH turn W2 (to face partner)

9-12:  W1 & M1 turn RH 1x and finish close together
13-16: 1s expansive cast down while 2s meet and lead up; all finish in sideline
       facing partner. progressed.

17-18: Partners turn right hand half; 
19-20: then box the gnat back to place 
      (Regency-era allemande)

21-23: W1 & M2 tight RH turn   1.5 while others orbit CCW .5
   24: on arrival half gypsy right shoulder with partner to cross to 
      sideline proper and unprogressed

25-28:  Partners turn right hand half; then box the gnat back to place
29-31:  M1 & W2 RH turn 1.5 while others orbit CW .5
   32:   and on arrival half gypsy right with partner to own side progressed.


NOTES:

It may be preferable to convert the "box-the-gnat" in 19-20 and 27-28 into
"swat-the-flea" (Left-hand turn under), which avoids the slight awkwardness of
using the right hand twice in a row for the people turning corners.

In the first half of the dance, there is more time for everything than you
think, and dancers must exercise restraint and control to keep the dance
flowing.  One acceptable variation would be for the 1s, at bar 13, to lead up
for one waltz step before casting down.
