Uses heel and toe polka in Sicilian Circle formation

Heel toe bit is to bounce on the supporting foot while touching
the heel to the ground, then draw that foot back to touch right by the
supporting foot.

eg (in beats)  
    1-2: bounce and touch heel
    3-4: bounce and bring toe back
    5-6: bounce and touch heel
    7-8: bounce and bring toe back
 

A1:  1-4: partners take two hands (or ballroom hold), 
          and toward the other couple go heel-toe, heel-toe, 
          slide past the other couple (ladies pass back to back)
     5-8: On other foot, repeat to home

A2:  Opposites the same; again ladies back to back
 
B1:  Same four circle left and back to the right

B2:  f&b, pass through, on to next couple.  If there's time,
     two hand turn.
