    5-8: Partners lead (new) forward, turn, fall back

A2  1-2: Outsides stay where they are, insides advance two places
    3-4: Gate halfway with this person; standing person backs up.
    5-6: New insides advance two places, 
    7-8: gate halfway with this person, standing person backs up.
         The one you gated is your new temporary partner

B1 1-4: With temporary partner, right shoulder around
   5-8: On the left diagonal, left shoulder round and come back to this one
B2 1-4: right shoulder around 2 people - the temporary partner and the right
        diagonal person
