Triple minor set

A1  1-3  The first man, followed by the other men, casts down to bottom place; 
while the first woman, followed by the other women, does the same.

4-6  Partners turn once round.

7-8  All clap three times (on the first and second beats of bar 7 and the first 
beat of bar 8).

A2  1-3  the third man (now at the top) casts off to his original place, 
followed by the other men; while the third woman does the same.

4-6  Partners turn once round.

7-8  All clap three times as in A1.

B1  1-6  The first woman casts off, and, followed by her partner, goes 
completely round the third couple clockwise, finishing in second place -- the 
second couple having moved up (progressive).

7-8  All clap as before.

B2  1-6  the first and second couples go four changes of a circular hey, 
partners facing.

7-8  All clap as before.

Note 1. -- In the original only the first couple cast and turn as in A1 and A2; 
the movement as given above provides more interest for the other couples.

Note 2. -- The dance may be made a set dance for three couples if the first 
couple, in the last two bars, change places with the third couple, neighbours 
passing by the right and clapping as they do so.
