Text Box: Image Filenames and Comments Vol. 6 p 22.  Difficult to get ion beam to focus.  Small fleck of gold remain in sample hole 100nm x50.   Reference holes are excellent, and small.  Calculate contrast and compare with results. Take Care since the gold is pealing off.
