Next Generation Computational Imaging and Massively Multiplexed Metrologies

Wednesday, July 8, 2020 - 3:00pm

Virtual Photon Science Seminar

Speaker:  Daniel Adams, Colorado School of Mines

Program Description:

In this talk I will review the state-of-the art in computational imaging and discuss improvements that have led to current, massively multiplexed metrologies. Recent and exciting developments in our group have produced a new form of three-dimensional single-shot computational imaging based on ptychography. Three-dimensional single-shot ptychography is uniquely suited to investigate transient phenomena in harsh environments such as plasma formation and evolution and advanced manufacturing processes.
