Brendan Murphy, LCLS
In this talk I will describe the development and commissioning of the x-ray split and delay (XRSD) system at LCLS.
The XRSD is a two-mirror delay line system, installed between the x-ray focusing optics and the interaction region, which allows soft x-ray pump, x-ray probe experiments with delays of 0 to 200 fs. The talk will cover the design and performance of the XRSD, and early experiment results if time allows.
