The SPEAR3 commissioning schedule and measurement plans will be presented.
Achieving the design performance of SPEAR3 will require precise control of the
electron beam. Diagnostics, measurement techniques and analysis that will be
used to characterize and control the beam stability and optics will be
discussed.
