Audio-visual aids
The preferred format at the Conference is Power Point.
The presentation material (CD-Rom or USB memory) should be submitted to the audio/visual technician in the conference room prior to the start of your session.
Note! Please do not use your own laptop, if at all possible, due to time limitations.
Posters
The maximum poster size is 4' x 4' (48 inches x 48 inches).
