The Elegant files describe the LCLS machine lattice, from output of injector at 135 MeV, to entrance of undulator at 14.100 GeV. To run Elegant tracking for the LCLS you will need all 11 files below, not including the Parmela files. You will also need to go into the LCLS.lte lattice file and change the file directory structures for the "WAKE" and "RFCW" elements so that the associated point-charge wakefield files can be point-charge wakefield files can be found. This set of files includes CSR (?), wakefields, and 2nd order optics. There are also resistive-wall longitudinal wakes included for some Aluminum and Stainless-Steel vacuum chambers, but these are a small perturbation. If you want to run the injector, you will need the Parmela files (link below). You do not, however, need to run the injector. The injector output particles are available as one of the 11 downloadable files. The MAD input and output files are also available, but are not needed for tracking with Elegant. The MAD files are used to design the optics and then this is translated into Elegant. Note the MAD output files come in two forms: with a "current MAD..." (up to date desig), and a "WBS-Baseline", which is a static design for a costing reference.
