Everyone entering the SLAC site must show photo identification at the main gate (e.g., drivers' license, passport, DOE ID). Please have your ID ready as you approach the gate to facilitate rapid access. Attendees can pick up registration materials for the SSRL Users' Meeting outside by the walk-up window in the picnic area adjacent to the parking lot. Formal presentations will be made in the Panofsky Auditorium. Vendors will be exhibiting in the auditorium foyer, breezeway and along the green (grassy area and walkway approaching the auditorium). The poster session and meals will be held in a tent on the green. Parking may be limited due to construction of the SLAC Guest House, so attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
