Data Analysis: EXAFSPAK for XAS spectra. Core level photoemission peak fitting can be performed using any XPS peak fitting procedures. See simple (free) fitting program called XPSPEAK at http://www.phy.cuhk.edu.hk/~surface/XPSPEAK/
