EXPERIMENTAL STATION 7-3

BL 7-3 is dedicated for x-ray absorption spectroscopy studies. Instrumentation includes a remotely-controlled optical bench, with 3 ion chambers and motorized slits, an Oxford Instrument CF1208 continuous flow LHe cryostat (4-220K), a Canberra 30-element Ge array detector with associated electronics, and on request an ionization chamber fluorescence detector. For further information regarding XAS use and equipment, please contact Britt Hedman (926-3052) or Graham George (926-4084)
